Neo is seeking a principal manager of enterprise of national accounts to join our team in Calgary. This is a unique opportunity to join a centralized founding team that manages strategic partnerships across all of Neo. As a leader, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing some of Neo’s most complex and high impact partnership activities while having a strong technical aptitude to identify best in class partnerships for Neo’s platform. This includes managing relationships and negotiations for partnership deals which are unconventional in nature and/or have broader implications to Neo. This is a critical, hands on role that will have a direct impact on the strategic direction of Neo.
This key role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of Neo. You will need to work collaboratively with internal teams to understand where our relative commercial opportunities or risks lie, if/when major features are in existing roadmaps, implications to merchant partnerships and customer adoption. We dive deep and provide thoughtful technical analysis, but are adaptable and action-oriented, focused on quickly gaining enough context to enable informed decision-making. Identifying and executing strategic partnerships is our primary objective.
