Neo Financial has a full time opportunity for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in Calgary, AB. We’re looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer to own the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to retention and renewal initiatives, with a focus on instilling loyalty within the our ever-growing customer base.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain lead and customer nurture and engagement strategies for Neo, leveraging a variety of channels including email, SMS, push notifications and more
  • Measure and optimize the success of engagement programs to KPIs (including LTV, ARR, retention, etc.) throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Design, set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content, designed to drive conversion and engagement
  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of CRM campaigns. Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Partner with other channel owners such as performance, product, and content marketing to ensure the best growth for the organization
  • Design testing plans to achieve business outcomes, and partner with Analytics to measure, report and share results and learnings
  • Proactively optimize and ensure the health of the channels via regular reviews of KPI/ metrics and channel health checks
  • Partner and establish strong working relationships with Growth, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Support teams

Who we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of agency and/or client-side experience in customer marketing, demand generation, or similar role
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and revenue with personalized and thoughtful marketing programs throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Proven ability to leverage industry leading marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, MaliChimp, Pardot, etc. and/or customer engagement platforms like Iterable and Braze
  • Strong experience in delivering online and offline marketing campaigns across many channels with the requisite ROI-driven approach
  • Able to analyze complex data and create simple strategies. Great at communications planning to bring strategy to life in all channels and caring about the detailed execution
  • Passionately act as the voice of all our customers, advocating for their needs and understanding how best to engage them throughout their journey
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where competing priorities, uncertain outcomes and iteration is the norm
