What happens if you don't move your card to Neo
Until October 1, you can continue using your Tims Mastercard and earn Tims Rewards Points, but after October 1 the following will occur.

You can only access support via phone
After October 1, your new card will get email statements, with no app or web support. You can contact phone support for help.
You may not be eligible for a Neo cashback credit card
After October 1, your eligibility for a Neo credit card with cashback could change. The best option is to move your card before Oct 1.
