Service for your Tims Mastercard® will change in October

Tims Financial is ending service of the Tims Mastercard on October 1, 2026. If eligible, you’ll receive a replacement Neo-branded credit card before October¹.

After October 1, you won’t be able to manage your card through the Tims app. You’ll receive email statements and have access to phone support only.

If you made a purchase with your card in 2026 and your account is in good standing, you’ll receive a replacement Neo-branded credit card in the mail before October¹.

Keep earning Tims Rewards Points

Continue using your card until October 1, 2026 to earn Tims Rewards Points. Your points will remain available to redeem in the Tims app.

You can download your Tims Mastercard statements in the Tims app.

CHANGES AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2026

After October 1, 2026, you’ll no longer be able to access your Tims Financial account or use your Tims Mastercard. If eligible¹, you’ll receive a new Neo-branded credit card that you can activate and start using right away.

Manage your account over phone 

This card will not have any Neo app support. Service will only be available through email statements and phone support.

Receive your replacement Neo-branded credit card

If eligible¹, you’ll receive a Neo credit card in the mail before October. The new Neo card will not include rewards or cashback.

If you do not want to continue with the new Neo card, you may pay off your balance and close the account prior to October 1, 2026.
