Spin to Win Official Contest Rules
The Neo Financial Spin to Win (the “Contest”) is brought to you by Neo Financial Technologies Inc. (“Neo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, except Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (“Eligible Participants”). Existing Neo customers, employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Neo or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and any individuals living in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to win a Prize.
Participation constitutes your full and unconditional acknowledgement and agreement to these rules, Neo’s Platform Terms and Conditions, Rewards Policy, and Privacy Policy and Neo’s decisions and interpretations relating to the Contest, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs on a continuous basis beginning on October 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and continues indefinitely until terminated by Neo Financial at its sole discretion (the “Contest Period”). Neo Financial reserves the right to suspend or end the Contest at any time, with or without notice. During the Contest Period, each Eligible Participant may spin the prize wheel one (1) time. Every spin is a winning spin, and each participant will receive a Prize as described in these Contest Rules, while Prize supplies last. Once all Prizes in the prize pool have been awarded, the Contest will automatically end, and no further Game Plays will be honoured. Neo reserves the right to replenish the prize pool at any time during the Contest Period and to substitute any Prize for one of equal or greater value.
3. Definitions
The following defined terms apply throughout these rules:
i. “Participating Location” means a Neo-authorized event, activation, or retail location at which eligible participants may access the Contest. A current list of Participating Locations can be found in Schedule A. Neo reserves the right to add or remove Participating Locations at any time without notice during the Contest Period.
ii. “Game Play” means one (1) spin of the Contest wheel during the Contest Period.
iii. “Wheel” means the digital spin wheel interface accessible via QR code at Participating Locations.
iv. “Prize” means any offer, reward, cash award, or other benefit revealed upon completion of a Game Play.
4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. During the Contest Period, Eligible Participants must visit a Participating Location and proceed to scan the QR code displayed on-site to access the Wheel. Eligible participants must complete a form before participating.
4.1 Entry Limits
There is a limit of one (1) Game Play per Contest Period and a limit of one (1) Prize per Game Play.
5. Winning
When an Eligible Participant spins the Wheel during a Game Play by tapping the screen, there is a spinning animation on the screen displaying a wheel with different prize options. The wheel animation will come to a stop at one (1) of the prize options. Once the Wheel animation stops on a Prize option, then you will be eligible to win that Prize, provided that you comply with all other terms and conditions of these Rules. This Contest is an instant-win promotion. The odds of landing on a particular Prize option are determined by the backend system configuration. Odds of winning a prize are 100 in 100 per Game Play, provided Prizes remain available. Prize delivery depends on the prize.
5.1 Verification
All potential winners are subject to verification by Neo. You are not a winner of any Prize, even if the Game Play should so indicate, unless and until your eligibility and the potential winning Game Play has been verified and you have been notified that verification is complete. Neo will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Upon completing a Game Play, each potential winner will be required to correctly answer and submit, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question before the respective Prize will be redeemed.
6. Prize Description
When an Eligible Participant spins the Wheel during a Game Play by tapping the screen, there is a spinning animation on the screen displaying a wheel with the following three (3) Prize tiers:

The Wheel animation will come to a stop at one (1) of the Prize options. Once the Wheel animation stops on a Prize option, then you will be eligible to win that Prize, provided that you comply with all other terms and conditions of these Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, they forfeit the Prize.
The winner(s) will be provided with instructions on what they are required to do to claim the Prize. The Prize(s) are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made. The Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. Neo reserves the right to substitute any Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly described as being included as part of the Prize, including any taxes associated with the receipt and/or use of the Prize.
Prizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited in quantity. The number of Prizes available to be won will be reduced as they are awarded during the Contest Period. If a particular Prize category is exhausted, the Wheel configuration will be updated to remove that Prize category. If all Prize categories are exhausted, the Contest will end automatically, and Neo will post notice of termination at the Participating Location(s) and at neofinancial.com/lp/spin-wheel-rules.
7. Use of Personal Information
By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing your personal information as described in these rules, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure by Neo, its respective employees and/or authorized agents, of your personal information, for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting you with respect to the Contest and, if you have opted in, sending you marketing communications. Personally-identifiable information will not be sold, shared or disclosed by Neo to any third party, other than to a third party engaged by Neo for the purpose of administering the Contest, or if required by law, with the exception that aggregated information may be used by or shared amongst Neo and its subsidiaries and affiliates, or shared by Neo with third parties in accordance with Neo’s Privacy Policy.
8. Publicity Consent
By accepting a Prize, you agree that Neo may use your name, comments, voice, likeness, municipality of residence and picture in any advertising, social media posts and testimonials related to the Contest, for a period of twelve (12) months following the date on which the Prize is awarded without compensation or notice.
9. Limitation of Liability / Release
By entering this Contest, and as a condition of acceptance of the Prize, you, your heirs, executors, administrators, legal person representatives, successors and assigns, agree, among other things, to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge and hold harmless Neo, and each of their respective direct and indirect parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, advisors, franchisees, shareholders, partners, representatives, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages), rights, claims, actions, causes of action, injuries, property damage or death, demands, liabilities, suits, obligations, duties, acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, losses, expenses, costs, rights of indemnity, and all other claims and rights whatsoever, including without limitation all costs and liabilities of any kind including legal fees on a substantial indemnity scale, hereinafter called “Claims”, that you now have, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (i) participation in this Contest or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse or enjoyment of any Prize, and where applicable, traveling to, preparing for, or participating in, any Contest-related or Prize-related event or activity; or (ii) the publicity rights granted to Neo. You specifically acknowledge that you understand that there may be serious risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage associated with the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the Prize and attendance at any event or participation in certain Prize-related activities, and you voluntarily assume these risks. You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all Claims in respect of the foregoing.
10. Errors and Malfunctions
Neo is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions occurring as part of this Contest, or any internet connection, computer systems, networks, servers, software, hardware, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, nor for any postal delays or disruptions or anything else that prevents us from receiving a Submission within the time period required by these rules. Any play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective Game Play, is void, and will not be honoured. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winning Game Play will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the Neo Profile used to complete the Game Play. Neo is not liable to any person for any loss whatsoever (including but not limited to any failure to receive a Prize) which results wholly or in part from any erroneous or misleading contact or identity information provided to us.
11. Rights to Terminate/Modify/Suspend Contest
Neo retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate any aspect of the Contest (including, but not limited to these rules) at any time. Neo may make substitutions of equivalent kind or value for any reason whatsoever. Neo may terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time by posting a notice.
12. Third Party Release
This Contest is in no way conducted, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party social media service on which it may be promoted, including but not limited to Facebook or Instagram. No third party, their affiliates, employees and representatives, are responsible for this Contest including the coordination, sponsorship, Prize or administration of this Contest. By entering this Contest, you completely release all such parties from all claims based on, relating to, or arising from this Contest and any other liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest.
13. Additional Terms
By entering, you represent to Neo that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these rules. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant (including a winner) and revoke their Prize for fraud, submission of offensive or illegal content, violating the entry process, causing deliberate damage, manipulating or undermining the legitimate operation of the Contest, for violating these rules or our Platform Terms and Conditions or any other content deemed unacceptable at our sole discretion. Automated entries are prohibited, and we reserve the right to void them.
In the event of a discrepancy or inconsistency between these rules and any other Contest disclosures or other statements, the provisions in these rules will govern. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The Contest is governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein and each entrant attorns to the courts of Alberta for all disputes.
