How do I know if I am eligible for the Neo World Elite® Mastercard?
Eligibility for this card requires a minimum annual income: personal: $80,000; or household: $150,000.
What is the credit limit?
The credit limit is up to $30,000 on approval. For a secured World Elite® Mastercard, a minimum deposit of $200 is required, with a maximum credit limit of $10,000.
Do I have to pay fees?
There is an annual fee of $125 for any World Elite® Mastercard.
How do cashback rewards work?
You earn instant cashback on your purchases, with the opportunity to earn even more cashback with select partner brands. The cashback you earn is instantly available for you in your wallet, to use however and whenever you’d like.
If I already have a Neo Credit card, can I still get a Neo World Elite® Mastercard?
Yes – you can enjoy all the additional benefits of the World Elite card including boosted cashback at your favorite brands by applying for this card directly in the Neo app.

The Purchase Credit Rate on the Neo World Elite® Mastercard is 19.99% - 29.99%. In Newfoundland and Quebec, the Purchase Credit Rate on the Neo World Elite® Mastercard is 19.99% - 23.99%. The standard rate on purchases and cash advances is dependent on our assessment of your credit application, credit profile, and your province. See your Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure Statement at time of application for your specific rate.
